Workout 03-15-18

Cooler weather tonight made the workout much more enjoyable. I brought my dumbbells to work and found a lonely stretch of road to get one in.

-10 DB Shrugs
-10 DB Upright Row
-10 DB Overhead Press

3 Rounds
-10 DB Bicep Curls
-10 DB Tricep Extension
