No gi training tonight had me exhausted. We drilled no gi passes and then onto live rolls for nearly an hour. A visitor from another school dropped by and he was definitely a leg lock guy. Fortunately I was able to see that rely on but he did get a heel hook on me at one point.
For some reason my cardio left me pretty quick and I could feel the extra few pounds I’ve put on over the past few months really weighing me down. Hopefully I can lean out over the next couple weeks and get some of my endurance back.
