I’m attending training for the next 6 weeks which has really disrupted my schedules. The bright side is I have the school’s gym and facilities to use for workouts during my lunch break.
Today I had two folks meet me for some no gi training. One who just started her BJJ journey and another who has been training off an on for several years.
We started with some light rolls and then I taught some basic fundamental concepts and then some more rolls to round out the lunch break.
