Workout 01-30-18

It’s been a awhile since I’ve been on the trails and my ride cardio and riding skills have deteriorated quite a bit.

Luckily all those jiu jitsu front rolls came in handy today.

That’s not to say I didn’t have fun. It felt great to get back out and my quads are still burning. The sand and uphill sections really killed me today but they made the downhill and flow sections worth it.
