Workout 01-14-18

I planned on doing a circuit workout this morning. It was around 40 degrees this morning and I started some kick boxing to warm up.

I should preface what a terrible mood I was in this morning after my Falcons laid an egg against a backup qb led Eagles team last night.

Once my blood got flowing my mood lightened and I just decided to have fun in the bag for about a half hour.

It’s been awhile since I just hit the bag without thinking about timers, rounds, or burning calories.
