Building the gym in my garage has had some great benefits. My work days are pretty long and as such when I get a workout in, it is normally a short one that won’t leave me depleted and still allows me time to get my rest and eat breakfast before I head out.
Today’s workout was only 10mins long but the intensity, not the duration is what is key. If I had to drive to a gym then 100% workout like today would not have happened.
Also waking up and walking to the garage allows me to occasionally workout in my pajamas and flip flops.

This becomes deceptively hard as time goes on. I had to adjust the weight at about minute 8 to ensure I could still hit 5 reps.
