Workout 12-24-17

I saw a bunch of “12 Days of Fitmas” style workouts this week so I decided today to try one.

To do it it goes just like the song. Reps are 1, 2&1, 3&2&1, 4&3&2&1, and so on until you reach 12. Much harder than it looks on paper so plan accordingly.

Workout

1 pull up

2 toes 2 bar

3 power cleans

4 bench dips

5 push press

6 ball slams

7 air squats

8 hand release push ups

9 DB bicep curls

10 KB high pull

11 abmat situps

12 burpees
