It’s Christmas Eve Eve! Hit a Saturday morning workout. Work has been kicking my butt lately so getting in a workout this morning was something I have been looking forward to.

Workout

1-10-1 – Bicep Barbell Curls
3×10 – Bench Press

EMOM – 12 Minutes
3 Squat Cleans

5 Rounds
10 Slam Ball Thruster
10 Ball Slam
