Workout 09-01-17

I originally planned for a much grander workout but one of the drawbacks of working out at home are the distractions….pest guy, appliance repair guy, neighbors stopping by all led to a shortened workout.

I did manage to break a sweat and had a good time in the pool afterwards.

Workout

5 Rounds

10 Clean Pulls

10 Hang Cleans

10 Push Press

Then

Swim laps 30 mins
