Much respect for McGregor for not just taking the fight but in his preparation and humbleness in defeat.

I couldn’t stay up to watch because I have to work but I was wide awake early this morning and caught all the post fight stuff live.

400m run

15 Bench Press

Then

Gi collar pull ups

(Gi laid over pull up bar, pull-ups using gi collar grips)
