-Wide grip lat pull down – 4×10

-Cable Row – 3×10

-Bent over barbell row 3×10

-Wide grip barbell shrugs 5×10

-DB lateral raises overhead Front/45 Degree 3×10

-Side lateral raises 3×10

-500 m Assault Air Bike warmup x2
-Assault Air Bike Tabata 1 Round
