The 5 Most Basic Rules of Health and Fitness

Outside Online recently posted an article entitled The 5 Most Basic Rules of Health and Fitness. In a nutshell:

  1. Do something active every day
  2. Do stay engaged in life
  3. Don’t overeat
  4. Don’t drink to excess
  5. Never smoke

I’d have to say those are some pretty solid guidelines. I think I would add Exercise the mind and Don’t drink your calories to those rules. Anything missing?
