Workout 07-12-17


Hit noon BJJ class for the first time in a long while and 2 high level judo guys from Europe dropped in for a class. Needless to say we basically grappled 3 min rounds the entire class. 

Afterwards I headed over to the gym but since I was pretty spent I kept it pretty basic, especially since I am headed back for BJJ this evening. 

Workout:

– Deadlift to max

– Clean pulls 5×5

– Boxing 5 – 3 min rounds 30 seconds rest between rounds.
