Training 01-16-17


Due to an unfortunate series of unplanned events I had to work my overnight shift and then go I feel or a series of meetings. It didn’t make any sense going home for such a short turnaround so I met one of my training partners for a 6am roll. 

I haven’t been too active over the last few weeks for a multitude of reasons but I was very happy with my movement, positioning, and efficiently of energy. 

Breaking a sweat really helped give me the energy to get through those meetings on no sleep.
