Training 11-02-16


Lunch class today was no gi to help one of the guys prepare for an upcoming match. It was hard rolling for constant 3 minute rounds with minimal rest for 30 minutes. 

In night class we covered a slick cross collar to arm bar transition from mount. Afterward the last 20 minutes was non stop rolling. I had a slight headache that started during warm ups and only got worse. After class the headache continues and I started to feel nauseous. I think maybe a bit of overtraining coupled with not enough calories today may have been the culprit.
