Workout 10-11-16


Joined a gym today, it’s right next to my BJj school and not too far from home. The gyms at work were great but I had to LAN my workouts around my shift which was getting increasingly difficult. 

This gym has everything for traditional weightlifting and crossfit. I even found a solid free hanging heavy bag. 

Workout

Bench Press 5×8

Incline Bench Press 3×10

DB Floor Press 3×10

6 – 2 min rounds boxing (heavy bag)

1 round tabata air assault bike sprints
