Workout 10-04-16


Worked out at a different office today. In addition to the workout I rolled no gi at lunch with a couple of guys. Before we rolled we reviewed some of the half guard sweeps we learned last Wednesday.
Workout 

Bench Press (Smith Machine) 5×5

Decline Bench Pres (Smith Machine) 3×5

Seated Chest Press 3×10

DB Floor Press 3×5

Superset – 10 Calorie Row/10 Hand Release Push Ups – 5 Rounds
