Training 05-05-16


I was able to partake in lunch time class today. It was a small group, just 4 of us but a really well run session.

We worked 2 takedowns and some back attacks and defense. Probably the most useful one was flipping the opponent into a clock choke while they are defending the rear choke.

The day finished with positional grappling. I couldn’t stay later for extra rolling time but I felt so loose and relaxed driving home from the gym today.
