How to Make Salads That Don’t Suck

Salads are some of the easiest and healthiest meals you can make. I don’t eat them everyday but I get at least one large salad in every other day and I always try to add in some protein to the salad. The easiest protein sources are canned chicken breast, diced ham, tuna, and best of all leftovers.

Here are a couple good ideas for making salads that don’t suck.

Mark Sisson is a huge proponent of salads. While we may not all have refrigerated salad drawers in our kitchen, there is no reason we can’t wash, cut, and prepare vegetables before hand.
