Workout 04-13-16

Late hours at work due to the heat and humidity during the day. While working late isn’t ideal having the mornings to myself is a nice benefit.  

Today I decided to go for a run at 10am and the temperature was already in the mid 80s with high humidity. I did a 25 minute jog in the heat. I had not eaten yet so it was essentially a fasted workout. 

The short run gave me time to sit back on the back yard soak in some sun and eat lunch before its time to get ready for another late night of training.
