Lazy me slept in a bit today which meant my workout time was cut short. Totally my fault but I was able to squeeze in a quick shoulder and trap session.
I got out of work a bit early and was able to make it to BJJ. Small class tonight, likely due to spring break. We covered half guard sweeps and then some rolling sessions.
