Workout 03-22-16

  
An unusually cold start to summer so far. Someone apparently left the air conditioner on overnight because the gym was like an icebox. I’ve gotten away from the circuits and judging by how drained I was after this morning my body knows. 

Workout:

Bench Press 10,5,3,5,10

Incline DB Press 3×10

Cable Chest Fly 3×10

Circuit:

50-40-30-20-10 Calorie Row

10-20-30-40-50 Push Ups
