Workout 01-18-2016


I realized last night I haven’t recorded many workouts lately and been focusing on documenting the training.

I’m in preparation for an IBJJF tournament next month but still hitting the early morning iron.

10-5-3-1-3-5-10 Bench Press
3×10 Iso Incline Press (Hammer Strength)
3×10 Iso Pec Fly
3×15 Rogue Parallette Bar Push Ups
