6 Reasons Your Still Soft

Hope everyone had a great holiday break filled with family, friends, and food! 

If you’re anything like me you are still working every day toward your health goal. Often times that last 10 or 15lbs is the hardest to lose.

I can say that I am the worst sleeper but this holiday break with my work phone turned off and nowhere to be in the morning I’ve gotten the best sleep in recent memory.
