Abs and lower body today. 2 hours of lower body workout = jello legs.
A 2 hour workout wasn’t intentional but my father in law drove and that’s the length of his workout. 3x a week for the last twenty years…he’s a former body builder and he’s still in incredible shape thanks to his consistency. I asked him if he ever thought about changing it up and he said “you can’t teach an old dog new tricks” I guess it goes to show you can spend all day trying to find the perfect workout but ultimately what it boils down to is consistently exercising and working your body.
