Workout 09-08-15

  
Defensive tactics training with our new hires today. Part of the training involves a workout which took the place of my normal gym routine today. We did a circuit with each circuit being in a different area. This meant we ran to each station. Also each instructor had a group of 4 or 5 and the groups had to stay together. 

Workout (2 Rounds)

15 – Slam Balls

15 – KB Swings

400m run

5 – Pull ups

5 – Burpees

15 – Pushups

15 – Sit Ups
