Felt good to be back in my normal gym. I tried to hit the mat room for a quick circuit but my shoulders were fried and it started to fill up with a female self-defense class that was scheduled. I used that time to stretch out a bit.

Workout

Push Press 3×10
DB Shoulder Press 3×10
Incline Shoulder Press 3×10
Front DB Lateral Raise 3×10
DB Shrugs 3×10
Plate Grip (Holding 2 10lb bumper plates between fingers) 3×30 second holds
