Workout 08-10-15

Training out at one of our smaller offices today which means even smaller gym. It took me a while to get my bearings and figure out what they had or rather did not have. 

My first workout after 2 weeks of vacation and I could feel a loss in strength already.


Bench press 1×10 for warmup, 5×5

DB rotational bench press 3×10

Decline Bench Press 3×10

DB chest fly 3×10


3 reps – 15 second rest in between sets

5 – scapular pull ups

10 – DB floor presses

10 – Barbell shrugs

Circuit 2

No rest between sets

45lb farmer walk around gym

Push-ups to failure
