I used to be way more disciplined with my diet and when I was at my most disciplined I was logging my meals and snacks and tracking my macros…and I was in the best shape of my life. My goal is to get back to that and myfitnesspal app has been the most versatile app for me to use. It’s database has nearly every fast food item, most restaurant items, and nearly anything you can find in a grocery store. The other element I like is being able to plug in my recipes and having it calculate the nutritional info.
