Great article I came across today from Lockerdome about excess sugar and the benefits of cutting it out of your daily routine. A few years ago I went from 2 sodas a day to having no soda for 6 months. I lost the taste for soda and now I only drink it occasionally when out to eat or paired with rum =). The thought of drinking it daily like I used to makes my teeth hurt now.
