Workout 07-20-2015

I wasn’t pressed for time today so I was able to get in a bit of a heavier chest workout than normal.

Workout

Bench Press 5×5
Incline Chest Press 5×5
One Arm Rotational DB Press 3×10
Hammer Curl Bar Bench Press 3×10

Circuit

Tabata Round (all exercises using Dynamax medicine ball)

Chest Throws
Squats (holding ball)
Hip Thruster (left leg)
Hip Thruster (right leg)
Push-Ups (feet on ball)
Thrusters
Side Jumps (over ball)
Medicine Ball Situps
