Workout – 7/2/2015

Training new guys again today. Different group that was a lot more fun and competitive than the last. Had to attend a lunch meeting so kept the workout quick and to the point.

Strength 

DB curls x3

EZ bar curls x3

EZ bar skull crushers x3

Tricep rope pull down x3

Cable rope overhead Tricep extension x3

No time for a circuit today.
