I’m fortunate to have such a nice facility in the building where my office is. The wellness staff here is great and really listen to us when we let them know what equipment we’d like to see. Worked late and got 3 hours of sleep so tried to keep today somewhat light.
Barbell Step Ups 3×5 each leg
KB Pass Through Lunge 3×7 each leg
Seated Calf Raises 3×12
Circuit (4 Rounds no rest between rounds)
15 Wall Balls (14lb ball on 10 foot target)
I cooled down with a 10 minute walk on the treadmill at an incline. That gave my legs some time to work a bit of lactic acid out and let me sweat out a bit more.
