Back to the Grind

Confession: I haven’t been to the gym for over a week. Partly due to a nagging shoulder injury and an insane amount of work hours but mostly due to not making it a priority. Got back in this morning for a chest workout and I felt like I had been away a lot longer.

Hit the mat room for a quick bjj workout to cap off my gym session. Saw that one of our cheap grappling dummies seems to have seen better days.


Workout:

Bench Press x4
Incline shoulder press machine x3
Chest press x3

Knee on belly/armbar drills (grappling dummy) -2 mins
Abmat sit-ups -2 mins
Hand release push-ups -2 mins
Front rolls -2 mins
