It’s great being able to grow in this sport with my kids. I’ve done other martial arts in the past but nothing that kept my attention after hitting adulthood.
Workout today was BJJ fundamentals followed by the advanced class. We worked on S mount and fundamentals was basic armbar from mount position. I was crazy tired afterwards. Between the 2 hours of drilling. And grappling sessions I think I sufficiently worked off the Cuban sandwich and plantains i gobbled down for lunch.
